What is fresh-milled flour?
Fresh-milled flour is flour ground from whole wheat berries just before baking. Unlike store-bought flour, which is stripped and shelf-stable, fresh-milled flour keeps all the natural nutrients, oils and flavor from the whole grain. It’s more flavorful, more nourishing, and gives our rolls a soft, rich texture you can taste.
Are The Good Rolls gluten-free?
No — our rolls are not gluten-free, as we use wheat in all our dough. However, because the flour is milled fresh, some people with mild gluten sensitivities find our rolls easier to digest than baked goods that are made with heavily processed flour.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through this website. Just fill out the order form, and I will reach out within 2 hours to confirm details and availability.
Do you offer same-day orders?
Because everything is made fresh from scratch, we need at least 1-2 days notice for orders. Occasionally, we’ll have extra rolls available — follow along on instagram or join the text list for updates!
Can I get just one roll?
Single rolls are only available at pop-ups and market events. For home orders, we offer boxes of minis and full size rolls in dozen quantities, along with our giant Party Roll.
